About Hamlin True Fitness
I've been a IFPA certified trainer since 2004. I specialize in fitness beyond fifty and utilize evidence-based programs that deliver maximum results in as little as one hour a week! Unlike conventional strength training routines, my workouts are completely safe for all ages and they're based on effort, not repetitions, weight, or sets. More importantly, when workouts are combined with my nutrition plan, you'll provide your body the necessary essentials for drastic improvements in strength, endurance, and body composition!
