I've been a IFPA certified trainer since 2003. I utilize evidence-based programs that deliver results in as little as one hour a week! Unlike conventional strength training routines, my workouts are based on effort, not repetitions, weight, or sets. More importantly, these efficient workouts will save you countless hours of unnecessary time in a gym while giving you unimaginable results.
30 Minute Sessions
The fast-paced 30 minute workouts are safe for all ages and genders. They will challenge your abilities regardless of your fitness level and are ideal for people with hectic schedules. Unfortunately these workouts aren't suitable for everyone because of the minimal rest time and the elevated intensity.
60 Minute Sessions
The one hour sessions are more popular because of the slower pace, longer rest times and will include a broader variety of exercises. These workouts are more suitable for most individuals, especially those requiring injury rehab, need extra guidance with nutrition, or stretching assistance.
