About Hamlin True Fitness
I've been a IFPA certified trainer since 2004. I specialize in fitness beyond fifty and utilize evidence-based programs that deliver maximum results in as little as one hour a week! Unlike conventional strength training routines, my workouts are completely safe for all ages and they're based on effort, not repetitions, weight, or sets. More importantly, when these workouts are combined with my nutrition plan, you'll provide your body the necessary essentials for drastic improvements in strength, endurance, and body composition!
My Training Philosophy
Over the years I've met countless people at the gym that had all the intensions in the world to get back in shape, but only focused on the exercise and neglected their nutritional fitness, which resulted in overwhelming frustration! With over two decades of experience, I can honestly say that if the nutritional needs of your body are not in alignment with your training program, then your efforts will unfortunately produce results that are minimal at best! This is why I try to educate every client to my fullest ability about the critical role of nutrition to not only meet their goal in a timely manner, but to exceed it and set new goals!
I also believe that form follows function, which means the function of our joints and muscles should guide the form of the exercises being performed. When there's a disruption in the movement pattern that hinders the body mechanics to smoothly execute the movement, I'll assist with some corrective measures to ensure you're safety and to maximize the benefit of the exercise itself!

The Workouts
30 Minute SessionsThe fast-paced 30 minute H.I.T. workouts are designed to be safe, effective, and challenging for all ages, genders, and fitness levels. This style of training is ideal for individuals with hectic schedules, unfortunately these workouts aren't suitable for everyone due to the minimal rest time and the elevated intensity.

60 Minute Sessions The one hour training sessions are more popular because of the slower pace, longer rest times, and the workouts will include a broader variety of exercises. These longer sessions are more suitable for most individuals, especially those requiring injury rehab, extra guidance with nutrition, or stretching assistance.
