Body Fat Testing
In your free consultation I will do a complimentary body composition analysis and body fat testing with you so you can see where your overall body composition is currently.
As part of your consultation I will review your current nutrition habits and provide recommendations on how to start eating healthier in a sustainable way.
During your consultation I will explore the deeper motivating reasons why your goals are so important to you and identify key factors to help you stay focused, accountable, and committed to your goals.
Introductory Fitness Test
In your consultation I will perform a brief fitness assessment. I will test your flexibility, range of motion, balance, stability, strength, and endurance. I will also perform a functional movement screen to identify weak and shortened muscles. The purpose of these tests is for me to see where your current fitness level is and to help me properly design a safe program specific to your needs.
After the consultation is over I will provide you personalized recommendations for how to begin adjusting your nutrition and workouts in a way to help you start seeing better results. In addition, I will review all of my program options with you and provide the best recommendations for you to see results that fit your budget.
