30 Minute Sessions

The fast-paced 30 minute H.I.T. workouts are designed to be safe, effective, and challenging for all ages, genders, and fitness levels. This style of training is ideal for individuals with hectic schedules,  unfortunately these workouts aren't suitable for everyone due to the minimal rest time and the elevated intensity. ​

60 Minute Sessions

​The one hour sessions are more popular because of the slower pace, longer rest times and will include a broader variety of exercises. These workouts are more suitable for most individuals, especially those requiring injury rehab, extra guidance with nutrition, or stretching assistance.
